I am the webmaster of the local MM usergroup, and the site is hosted by Web Page Associates. They have been very helpful & easy to deal with. When issues occasionally come up, they get right on them.
Out of the ~6 months I've dealt with them, they have always been up, and FTP has been down for <10 hours total during that period.
To summarize, the friendliness & attentiveness of Web Page Associates makes them a very good web host.
