I now no longer buy books :)

However although they state they include the MM books they don't seem to have any of the MX7 books :(

amazon.CA has it for $47 CDN. Not sure if they'll ship to the U.S.

I just ordered it from Amazon for $34.64 with shipping although they do still show it as not yet in stock. Overstock.com had it a few cents cheaper with shipping.

Amazon is still holding my order because they are still showing the book as not yet released. It is not over a week since it was released...is anyone else having the same issue?

I cancelled my order with amazon.com and ordered it at barnesandnoble.com. They sent it to my the next day. It may take three weeks to arrive here in Oslo, but it beats waiting for Amazon.
