The site isn't IE 6.1 friendly at all. I can't use any of the navigation functions. Oh well. :(

P.S. I don't think it is powered by CF. :p

Interactive background? It took forever to even come up. Once it did the game was kind of fun, though I had a heck of a time managing to catch the anchor. The game? (extended advertisement really) was cute though.
