Ben,
This is great that you include key job openings. In this regard, perhaps in some of these cases our firm - Web Spiders can be of service. We are an IT OutSource Software and Application Development agency with a strong Rich Internet Applications (RIA)/Flex/Ajax focus. We can provided resources for existing and start-up companies at offshore rates - BUT with high focus on quality and Proj Mgmt/Applic Dev process!

The Empire is also looking for Coldfusion Developers at our I.T Operations facility on the Planet of Naboon (part of the Ratori system). We're looking to upgrade to CF 92, and take our EMS (Empire Management System), eMail (Empire Mail), and REAs (Rich Empire Applications) to a whole new level.

Experience in defeating the Jedi a plus!

:)
