CF Edge Wants To Start A ColdFusion SaaS Open Source Project

Axel Schultze has launched a new blog, and is looking "for ColdFusion experts who are interested to help build a whole new kind of application". I am not sure what he means by "ColdFusion is by nature open source", and there are no details about what the application actually is, but I am all for community driven development initiatives and am therefore posting this link.

Looks like <a href="http://www.jessewarden.com/archives/2006/03/swf_so...">Jesse</a> and I weren't the only ones thinking this one through. David really set a lot of brains in motion Monday in NY with that one.

Ok, I talked to Axel yesterday afternoon and this isn't at all what I thought it to be. He does have an interesting view on open source software though.
